The seaside location is top. The beach is nice and not overcrowded. The value for money didn’t match up.

The beach location is fantastic. The overall small size of the property was neither good nor bad, depending on what a person likes, but it let me get to know a few neighbors in a friendly way. I felt the paint job on my own unit was sloppy, the broken glass shelf in the main bathroom was not good, and the missing tiles on the bathroom wall were bothersome, but not deal breakers. My unit also looked out at the pool and large equipment, which might have been covered by greenery before hurricanes, as the photos didn’t show that, sort of ruining my view. We decided the decorator hadn’t used the unit, as there was no mirror in the main bedroom and no full-length one at all; the second bathroom mirror was child‑height, not adult, and covered a damaged wall. None of these were deal breakers, only annoyances.
