Coffee and apples were appreciated. The spa looked great even though we didn’t use it. Your quick response to the cool room on arrival by turning off the AC was excellent. The pillows were too thick.

The staff were outstanding, the room was spotless and cozy, every floor had a nice coffee and tea station, and the outdoor spa was simply lovely.

The Nordic Spa opened just a week before we arrived, so we booked without knowing it would be there; it turned out to be a fantastic surprise and a perfect addition to an already beautiful, restful, peaceful place. However, because the building is old and styled that way, there is no accessibility to guest rooms, which means we can’t bring some friends we’d otherwise want to stay with us.
