The One‑Bedroom King Suite offers a separate bedroom with an extra‑large double bed and a living area that includes a sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests. The en‑suite bathroom provides a freestanding shower, a soaking tub and a hair‑dryer, while a nearby powder room adds convenience. Entertainment and connectivity feature two 49‑inch HDTVs, a safe, a wet bar, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffeemaker, and an iron with ironing board.
“Family reunion 2026”
Breakfast was good and the location was great for a family reunion, close to relatives and events, but I would have preferred an indoor pool or spa; otherwise it was fine, though the $12 a day parking fee for a simple open lot with no bellhop or valet service was a bit annoying.
“Overall great! Bathroom door lock didn't work. That was the only complaint.”

The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and showers, the bar and breakfast were decent, and there was plenty of parking; it’s a short drive to downtown Franklin and Brentwood, but the parking could be free and the restaurant service could improve.
