“Nice, specious facility”

The place looked great and was kept tidy. The rooms were roomy, had a classic decor, and came with all the standard comforts. The pool was on the smaller side but stayed clean and well kept. The hotel runs its own restaurant and a 24/7 café, and the food was tasty and of high quality. The in‑house restaurant served a wide range of dishes that satisfied both veg and non‑veg guests. The room could be cleaner, and the breakfast would benefit from more vegetarian options.

“A very pleasant stay by and large”

The hotel had an old‑world charm, and its location and grounds were very relaxing. The staff were helpful and polite, especially the restaurant crew. The food was the highlight and truly superb. We stayed in deluxe rooms, but they could be better; a renovation would improve them.

The restaurant staff were extremely disappointing, including the on‑duty manager. Ali, the owner, apologized after I gave feedback on the first day’s poor service, but on the second day the staff behaved oddly, even when I politely asked for something they did the opposite. I didn’t get a good vibe from the restaurant team. The reception, housekeeping, and the owner were genuine and pleasant to talk to, though. The restaurant issues are detailed in my note above.

The place was solid, quiet, and the staff were very supportive and polite, but the room interiors could use an upgrade and the bathrooms need better upkeep.

“Good overall but slight scope for improvement”

The location was good, the property felt spacious and the outer areas were well maintained, yet some internal facilities and structures need repairs and a few upgrades would boost the overall experience.
