The staff were very friendly and helpful; they gave us a keiffiyah as a complimentary gift and also magnets of Petra. Breakfast was wonderful, with pancakes, cereal, bread, hard‑boiled eggs, and many more. Our room’s air conditioning was broken, so water dripped from it and almost formed a puddle. We called room service, and they fixed it a bit, but the water still dripped afterward.

The hotel sits close to Petra’s entrance, the staff are very courteous, rooms are spacious and look newly renovated, the beds are comfortable, breakfast is good and plentiful, and everything was perfect.

The front‑desk staff were very friendly, but a large group at breakfast made it impossible to eat properly.

This hotel is ideal for visiting Petra; you can walk there, it takes 7 minutes one way and about 12 minutes back, and the return walk is uphill and costs more than this hotel; the staff are very friendly, the room is a good size with nice balcony views, the beds are extremely comfortable, breakfast is very decent, and there is on‑site parking.
