“Would never stay there again”
The basic accommodation was acceptable, but we had to wait in the rain for more than an hour to check in and open the door.

I was disappointed; the place looked awful and scruffy, and it definitely wasn’t clean.

The place was very poor, and I cannot recommend it; customers are allowed to smoke inside the premises. The cleanliness was lacking, the beds were nice, and other neighbors were not allowed to smoke in the house.

The room was not clean or tidy, the bed was old, and there was no heating during the cold weather; they also didn’t provide tea or coffee, and not even drinking water. The location was hard to find, far from the city, and I felt I didn’t get any value for the money I paid. I’m very sad about the service and the property. On the other hand, the new bed, tea, coffee, and heating were finally on, but there was no chair in the room.

Getting to the property was easy, but I found rubbish and dog poop outside the door. The room was cold, the radiator thermostat was broken, and the bedding was thin. The lock on the bedroom door didn’t work because the wrong key was supplied. The next room had a TV, but mine didn’t. My room had a full-size dining table that was too big, the bed was too low, and it collapsed when I turned over. I couldn’t sleep in the two hours I spent there because I was so cold.
