Avoid this hotel at all costs. The staff and management were completely unhelpful, and it seemed like they were trying to scam us. We booked the Boulevard Side Hotel, but when we arrived, they said there was a renovation going on and tried to move us to a different hotel. When we complained, the manager just told us to cancel our reservation and leave. It was a total nightmare, and we ended up having to book another hotel at a high price in the middle of the night.

We had a pretty disappointing stay at this hotel. When we arrived, the driver took us to the Baku Khatai Hotel instead of the Boulevard Side Hotel we booked. We had gotten an email about a name change, which we accepted, but the hotel's interior didn't live up to the photos and descriptions. The dining options were also a letdown - we were sent to a nearby restaurant that didn't meet our expectations.

The location of this hotel is great, but that's about it. The room's carpet was dirty, and the staff seemed really disorganized. They didn't even offer to arrange a transfer to the airport, which was a hassle. Overall, it was a pretty underwhelming experience.
