The staff were friendly and gave me all the information I needed about the rooms. The cleaning crew is attentive, asking if I need trash bags or anything else; so far it’s been a great day and I’ll extend my stay at InTown Suites UCF. The only thing I didn’t like is the carpet floor; it’s old and needs replacing.

I’ve been here for almost 2 months now, and so far I’ve enjoyed my stay. The employees provide good customer service and useful info about rooms and pricing. They’re respectful and do a great job. The cleaners are attentive, bringing trash bags and other necessities. I’d happily extend my stay. The only downside is the carpet is old and needs replacing.

The staff were very friendly and gave me detailed information about the rooms; I enjoyed my time and plan to stay longer. The cleaners are respectful and attentive, always asking if I need anything for my room. I’ve been happy staying at InTown Suites on University Boulevard next to UCF. The only drawback is the carpet floor is old.

I was treated nicely and the room was good. However, I had to wait almost 2 days to get the room I had booked.

I would give zero stars if possible. They charged my credit card without permission after assigning me a room with one bed when I paid for two. The only option left was to sleep on a hardwood floor. When I asked for extra linens, I was told the washer was broken and they had none, so they handed me used dirty sheets. Apparently four people were allowed to sleep on one full bed. Everything I mentioned is true. The place also smelled of marijuana and people were smoking in the hallway. Two women fought in the hallway and a child—presumably the owner’s kid—was left unattended for hours in the lobby.
