I've booked this hotel for my 2026 Berlin Marathon trip. It wasn't my first choice at first, but it turned out to be a great choice! The hotel is in a great location, with many famous tourist attractions and eateries nearby. It's also within walking distance of the nearest U-Bahn station, making it easy to travel to other places. I originally wanted to book a private room with a private bathroom, but it was sold out. Luckily, I managed to book a room without a private bathroom instead. I messaged the hotel team to request a room on a lower floor, and they were kind enough to accommodate my request. My room was on the first floor, conveniently located between the staircase and the women's bathroom. I felt safe and comfortable staying there. The hotel team was very attentive and always responded to my messages promptly. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Berlin!. 1. **Noise at night** Although the hotel has put up a notice asking guests to keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm, some guests still ignore it. On a few nights, I was woken up by guests talking loudly in the corridor. It would be great if the hotel could remind guests to be considerate of others, especially during quiet hours. 2. **Clothes hangers** It would be great if the hotel could provide a few clothes hangers in the rooms. 3. **Toilet access** I actually had no issues with the shared bathroom facilities, as I had read many reviews beforehand and knew what to expect. However, it would be great if the main bathroom door could be secured while in use, to provide more privacy for guests, especially those using the shower facilities
