The place is great, right next to bus terminals 2 and 3 and close to the central Chiang Mai mall, which was convenient. The room was tidy, the staff friendly, and there was a 7‑11 right next door. Overall a great stay.

Very close to the bus station in Chiang Mai, the room was spotless and huge with a comfortable bed. There are eating spots nearby. The fridge and water were in the room, but there was no kettle; instead, a coffee station at reception let guests help themselves.

If you’re heading by bus from Chiang Mai and need a convenient spot to stay, this location works well; a 7‑11 is right next door and a coffee shop off the lobby. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable while I prepared for my trip north. The location and conditions were great.
