“Extremely disappointing”

The bed was good and the room was clean. The pool and spa were dirty, communication was poor, and there was no free breakfast—$15 per plate for a continental breakfast that any decent inn offers for free. The shower’s water pressure was absolutely terrible.

“Horrible! Heat stuck on in July and bar employee was beyond miserable and rude”

The only good thing was the location. The heating stayed on in our room; we called front desk to report it, they promised someone would come but never did, so we sweated all night—unbearable. The bar staff treated my husband like a homeless drunk when he entered, and the lady later told other employees that he was drunk and belligerent even though he was sober. The next morning he went to get breakfast, spoke to a manager, and the manager was very kind but unhappy with the employee who lied and refused to serve my husband a single beer. I had high expectations, and the place fell far below them.

The place was spotless and the area was quiet, but the mattress felt soft and lumpy, the fridge stopped working, and the lotion bottle was empty.

Let's make this clear. I have stayed at this hotel before and it was good. I didn't stay this time. I was there on June 4th and had scheduled the ring month. They had no rooms that night. Iwas told this would be an easy fix but the management never got back to me and I was charged for a room I couldn't stay in because of work. Let's make this clear.
