Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The facility is very well maintained, surrounded by blooming nature, palms, and huge granite stones, offering a wonderful view of Baie Lazare. The whirlpool in the spa was a surprise, and the massage is highly recommended. To reach the beach you have to walk about 200 m.

Les points forts sont clairement le coin piscine, la vue superbe et surtout l’accueil du personnel. Tout le monde a été très sympathique, souriant et disponible, ce qui a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. Mention spéciale à Brenda, notre chauffeur de taxi, qui a été absolument au top ! 😊. Quelques points à savoir néanmoins : les repas du soir sont assez chers et l’hôtel est situé en hauteur, avec beaucoup de dénivelé. Mieux vaut donc vérifier deux fois que l’on n’a rien oublié dans sa chambre avant de repartir ! 😄 La localisation est très agréable pour profiter de la plage juste en face, mais il y a assez peu de commerces et de restaurants à proximité immédiate. Il faut généralement prendre la voiture pour trouver davantage de choix

The pool area is lovely, the staff is very friendly, the cocktails and dinner are tasty, breakfast is delicious, the room is huge, clean, and comes with a nice terrace, and the location is great for island excursions by car.

The pool area on the upper level is stunning, especially when it's quiet, which was usually the case; we were also allowed to stay at the pool until our departure, which made the exit day much more relaxed. Alan at the restaurant did not work.

We were very pleased with our stay at Valmer Resort. The hotel’s location is exceptional, with amazing views from our balcony and the top‑floor pool, and the surrounding nature feels like a jungle. We loved relaxing in the infinity pool, our favorite spot all vacation. The hotel sits on a steep hill, but the slight climb was no issue; staff offered golf‑cart transport when requested. Our room was cleaned properly each day, and the restaurant and public areas remained spotless. The staff was always friendly and helpful, especially Yakup at reception, who gave us a beautiful room with a lovely island view. We were also well served with fruit and cold drinks several times. If you want a peaceful vacation surrounded by nature, this hotel is for you. The nearby beach isn’t suitable for swimming, and dinner was nice but could have been better for the asking price.
