The neighborhood looked nice and the staff were welcoming, and the rooms were tidy. However, several guests were double‑booked into the same rooms; I had to change rooms two nights in a row because my original room had been assigned to someone else. The shower head leaked badly, so little water came out of the front.

The property feels worn out; the welcome mat was tattered and dirty, hallway door sills were badly battered and scratched, the ice machine was broken, the room A/C unit made a lot of noise, the refrigerator was missing a leg and rattled, and the LED lights gave off a very cold glow. We usually stay at Sleep Inn in Moundsville, WV, so this unit is nowhere near that standard. The TV remote didn’t work, and the night receptionist wasn’t even at the desk—she was outside in her car, so we had to wait for her to return.
