The staff were very friendly, the place was clean, and there was a lot of warmth; the only issue was the bathroom glass door, which should be fully closed to stop water from leaking, but I didn't want to bother about it; otherwise I was very satisfied.

The room was cozy enough for a night and quiet, and Don Jesús at reception was very kind; however, we found several ants in the room, probably attracted by food on the floor, the street-facing window didn't close properly, one towel was torn, and it would be nice to have a coffee station at reception; overall, these details could improve the experience and room upkeep.
