The place is in a good spot, but the room cleanliness was awful and the shared kitchen was dirty and full of old dishes; the breakfast was terrible, so we ate at a nearby SAS restaurant instead; the Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all.

We asked for two single beds and received a double bed; on the second night we finally got a room with two single beds, so the score is 5.0/10.

I had never experienced a situation where, at 04:00 with prior knowledge and approval from the hotel, a receptionist told me I had no room, offered no solution, and simply shrugged and left me stranded in every sense; this is how I rate it, 1.0/10.

Nada.

We booked a 60 m² room for two nights through Booking, but upon arrival were told our room was occupied; instead we were offered a tiny windowless room and still had to pay the full price of the original reservation; they promised to move us to the correct room in the morning but we didn’t understand why we had to pay for a room we didn’t get; the front desk staff was unhelpful, didn’t apologize, and when we mentioned Booking they replied, “Who is Booking to us?” We decided not to stay, asked for a taxi but were refused; the whole experience was stressful and disappointing, earning a 1.0/10.
