The spot is great and the staff are adorable and attentive, plus the breakfast is super. However, there’s no soundproofing, so sleep is tough.

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The room turned out much smaller than expected, the beds were very hard, and the 10‑liter boiler runs out quickly, making the shower water cold fast. The noise from inside and outside is quite loud. Breakfast and dinner (half board) are good but the selection is very limited. There is a Nespresso machine in the room, but neither the hotel nor the surrounding area sells cups, so bring your own.

I really liked the staff, they helped with everything. The breakfast was decent. Daily housekeeping was done. Nothing else stood out.

The breakfast could have included cereals or muesli and some fruit salad, but what was offered was good.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Star Shells Hotel; the staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us with a smile. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed the meals during our stay. They also have a beautiful rooftop restaurant, which was a great place to relax and dine. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would happily stay here again.
