I really liked the room; it’s very spacious and suitable for families, and the price is worth the size. The floor needs to be swept and mopped—there’s a lot of dust, and it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time.

Absolutely nothing good. The worst place we found in Malaysia. Our flight was delayed until the next day, so we had to find last‑minute accommodation for the night. We booked and paid in advance, but upon arrival a woman told us we couldn’t stay (even though we were paid) because the hotel was full. They had accepted our reservation, charged us, but the hotel was full—an outright scam. Because it was late, we had to return to the airport and sleep on the seats. At the reception, the woman said they would cancel my reservation for a refund, but she didn’t cancel it and stopped answering my messages. They kept the reservation money. Thanks to Booking and their efficient customer service, we recovered the money. We only saw the “reception,” which was quite dirty. Don’t stay here. It’s a real scam.

The service was okay. To ensure nothing was left behind in the room, it took several days to confirm with the housekeeper. The last reply was, “If something is left, the housekeeper will let me know. But how many days? He didn’t tell me.”

Terrible hotel! I booked a family room (2 double beds), but only one person was allowed to enter because the booking said it was for one person—does that make sense? Two big beds but only one person can stay overnight? The staff were unprofessional and poorly managed, so I don’t recommend it.
