The location is great, the vibe is welcoming, the in‑house restaurant serves good food, and the staff are friendly. The rooms could really use a general refresh; it was unclear whether the issues were due to housekeeping or simply the age and condition of the rooms, and the ants that came in through the windows made the overall impression worse.

The ambience was great, the building layout was convenient, the electric roof window worked well, the bed was comfortable, the rooms stayed tidy, the service was welcoming, the staff were super kind, the breakfast market was lively, and the garden room was fantastic! The only downside was that one evening the restaurant below made the place noisy until about 11 pm because it was a bad time outside, so the room wasn’t well sound‑proofed; still, if I return to Belgrade I’ll definitely stay here again.

The B&B is an ideal starting point for exploring the city, the on‑site restaurant is convenient and tasty, and the breakfast was really great. Darko was very attentive to our comfort. We slept well and would come back if we travel to Belgrade again. The rooms are charmingly designed, but from a German perspective many small details are missing: sometimes a screw is loose or absent, the toilet paper holder and shower head need replacing, and the most annoying issue is probably the drain smell, which I think can only be solved with a major renovation; they try to mask it with room spray, which only works partially. Because the building is old, this didn’t bother us on the trip. Additionally, the bathroom door handle is completely non‑functional; you can only lean the door, but that was not a problem for us as a couple.

“Prima locatie, zit bij een restaurant in, ruimer kamers.”

The hotel sits in a good central location, close to nice restaurants, the fort, and the shopping street. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is good.
