The hostess was kind, the place was quiet and spotless, and the décor was tastefully arranged; it felt warm. The only downside was how pricey the breakfast was.

We were greeted warmly upon arrival, but the room turned out very different from the description and didn’t match the booked Deluxe room; the breakfast was excellent, the family was very friendly and welcoming, and the location is central and made us feel safe. The island’s power supply is a disaster—most nights we only had a candle, no electricity, no internet, and the longest outage lasted almost 19 hours straight. The owner’s generator was broken, leaving everything in darkness, which was odd. On the second day we were charged an extra 27 € for using the second bed in the room, a charge I’ve never seen before; if I book a Twin room, I expect to be able to use both beds.
