The location was perfect—ski slopes visible from the Jacuzzi—and the free shuttle to key restaurants and shops was a bonus. Jono, the property representative, was wonderful, always around with a smile and genuine enthusiasm for his job and the hotel.

The breakfast was great, but the parking was bad, the TV service was terrible, and too many staff kept pestering us all the time. The rooms were small, the shower was outdated, and the room safe didn’t work. The bed was too soft. I will never stay here again.

Everything was perfect! I just wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend it and would love to return one day. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Nothing else to add.
