The infrastructure was vast but poorly maintained; the lift was out of order, the room walls and furniture were dirty, and the breakfast items were very poor in quality.

This property is designed for marriages and large gatherings, so service deficiencies matter less for those events, but it does not suit individuals, business travelers, or families from any perspective; we were caught off guard because online previews are misleading, and even the complimentary breakfast was substandard.

The exterior of the property was impressive, with its castle like look and its many sculptures. The room was large. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant only had veg food, which wasn't mentioned anywhere online. The food was alright but not great. This was more the case with non Indian dishes like the pizza we ordered. Though the staff was friendly and helpful, their training was not like one would expect at a 5 star hotel
