Very fancy and modern with a stylish design, but it was advertised as having a spa that was nonexistent, the gym was mediocre, cigarette smell was everywhere, the room felt a bit small, there were no English‑speaking staff, and the room was dark

The hotel lobby was beautiful with spectacular design, the staff were respectful, friendly and ready to help, breakfast was good and the gym was very good (quite complete, with many weights). The air conditioner didn’t work, we felt hot especially at night, the lights were chaotic – to turn on the bathroom you had to turn on part of the room, cleaning was poor, we found a juice bottle behind a sofa and they passed by without cleaning, just tossing the beds around
