The team was amazing! The place is super cute and the breakfast that comes included is perfect to start the day, and the bathroom is spotless. However, the jacuzzi isn’t part of the price—you have to pay extra, and you can’t bring your own alcohol. The hotel sits a little away from the city center, which could be good or bad depending on what you want.

The breakfast offered some of the tastiest fruits I’ve ever had; it doesn’t have a huge variety, but everything is made right in front of you. I booked a room with a mountain view but didn’t get one; when I asked the front desk, they said no rooms in our layout had a mountain view.

The place is modest but feels welcoming, and even though the room was on the small side it worked fine for our two‑night stay. The bathroom was roomy with a hot‑water shower, and we could grab tea or coffee any time of day. Breakfast was simple yet tasty – fruit, eggs and a choice between bread and arepas – and the staff were genuinely friendly, always ready with tips about Salento and even let us linger in the lounge, use the bathroom and keep the coffee going until we left.

We liked the peaceful setting and the mountain scenery, and having breakfast on the terrace was a nice touch in an otherwise modern building. However, we ended up with a room that faced a blank wall; paying a bit more for a mountain‑view room would have been worth it. During the busy period the water went out for several hours and nobody warned us, which was frustrating.
