“Gute Lage, Saubere Zimmer, Schlechte Möbel in Lobby und Frühstücksraum.”

The room was nice and bright, the beds were very good and we slept superbly; the room service was very good and very clean, and the breakfast was also good but not better; however, the room lacked storage space and a proper place to put clothes, and the bathroom had no storage at all; the seating in the breakfast room, while very modern, was completely impractical – the tables were too small and the seating too low; there were no scrambled or fried eggs at breakfast, and fish such as herring fillet or smoked salmon was missing, which we would have expected in northern Germany.

“Insgesamt gut, komme wieder”

Central location, breakfast had something for everyone, but the same breakfast buffet has been the same for years; the tables and chairs in the foyer were nice, but some tables were a bit low for eating; see above for negatives.

The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the old town, and you can see Café Niederegger about 100 m away; the staff were very friendly, the rooms were large enough and clean, though the mattress felt a bit too soft for me; although the hotel has no parking, you can walk 10 minutes to public parking for an 8‑Euro daily fee if you don’t want to use the expensive parking garages; the hotel bar is also recommended; nothing negative.
