This place is a real gem, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. The owners are super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, from firewood to extra water and even a cake in the fridge. One thing that would be great to clarify beforehand is that there's no fridge and the shower is actually a refreshing lake dip - we assumed there'd be a shower since there was a toilet in the caravan, but it's a small detail. Overall, it was a totally enjoyable experience.

The location was amazing, super secluded and private. The tree tent was an experience in itself and the camper was really cozy. My only gripe is that the water supply in the camper could be more generous - we found it a bit short, even with minimal use.

The hosts were super helpful, providing drinking water and a container to boil water, and their directions were really precise. It was a bit tricky finding the toilet in the dark, but it was cleverly hidden. The surroundings were wonderful, but be prepared for tons of mosquitoes if you're staying in Karula - that's just part of the deal.

The spot was really calm with a lovely view and everything we needed for camping. However, sleeping in the tent was a no-go - we ended up heading home for a good night's sleep as the ground was too hard and we were all sinking into the nearby mound. Still, it was an awesome experience.
