“Nice place to stay but no customers service”
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the small beach where you can swim, and the night market is nearby with plenty of food options. The room was spacious and the balcony was really nice. The Wi‑Fi worked very well. The downsides were that the staff was almost never around and didn’t reply to messages on Line; I tried reaching out several times before checkout to ask how we were supposed to check out properly. A sign in the lobby mentioned that the staff have two children and may not always be available, which is understandable, but they should at least respond to guest messages. The night before we left, another guest was smoking, and the smell was terrible in the walkway; I told the staff, but they didn’t respond. We stayed for three nights and only received new bottles of water once, and our towels were never changed during the stay.
