“Hay muchas cosas que mejorar”

The location is good on the second line, but there are many things that need changing and improvement, starting with the bed— it was terrible, we couldn’t sleep and had to leave at 5 am. One pillow for two old people, old sheets, old blankets with mites. NO WIFI, NO HOT WATER (the receptionist already told us the gas is expensive). NO views (there were views of an interior courtyard). I am a host too but I could not rent out my houses like this. I leave this comment so they can improve everything mentioned.

The location is fantastic, the service is friendly and family‑like, and the room we stayed in was perfect.

The location and staff friendliness were good, but the lack of an elevator was a drawback, and another issue was that the mattresses and pillows we were given were not comfortable.

The service was wonderful, very calm, and it’s very close to the beach—ideal for relaxing and enjoying. I’ll come back.

The place was clean, and the sheets and towels were spotless and white, with plenty of toilet paper and perfect air‑conditioning. On arrival the lower part of the hotel smelled old, and we never had hot water each day; one afternoon after coming from the beach the water was lukewarm, but on the last morning we had none, so we left without showering. There was no hand soap, the facilities were a bit dated, the pillows were old and uncomfortable for sleeping, and the TV in the room was very small. The price‑quality ratio was good.
