“Amazing stay, never needed anything, staff assisted me with amazing customer service”

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant one, with a clean and centrally located room, friendly and helpful staff, and amenities that exceeded my expectations. The room was quiet and comfortable, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, making for a great overall experience.

“Overall the staff was very nice and friendly”

My stay at the hotel was marred by several issues. They advertised free breakfast, but it wasn't available, which was a major letdown. The shower's temperature control was also faulty, making it impossible for me to take a relaxing bath. To make matters worse, the toilet in my room made a constant noise throughout the night, forcing me to close the bathroom door just to get some rest.

“Great place to stay a few days while hanging out in Hot Springs !”

I left the hotel feeling refreshed, but I'm struggling to recall any specific reasons why. Everything seemed to be in order, and I didn't encounter any major issues during my stay.

“Our stay”

The hotel room was incredibly clean and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen that rivaled a small apartment. The bed and sofa were also extremely comfortable, making it feel like I was staying in a luxurious suite. The amenities were top-notch, and I was thoroughly impressed with the overall quality of the accommodations.
