The elevator was broken and I have a hearing condition.

The room layout was spot‑on, with plenty of desk space to spread out documents and books. A full‑size fridge, microwave, plates, utensils, and glasses/cups made it comfortable, and the lighting was adequate. The location was great. However, the elevators were out of service during my stay, though I expect that will be fixed soon.

“Nice property. Will stay again!”

The hotel's central location was a major plus, and the staff were always friendly and professional. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a great selection of food. One of the highlights was the adorable cat that lived on the premises - it was clear that the staff took great care of it. However, the pillows were a letdown, being lumpy and not very comfortable. The mattress was also softer than I'm used to, but it wasn't a deal-breaker.

The hotel's location was one of its strongest points, making it easy to get around the area. However, my stay was marred by a few issues - I had to change rooms due to some problems, and the TV in my new room didn't work properly. To top it off, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown.
