The room was clean, the location excellent, and welcoming. I was satisfied and would definitely return whenever I need accommodation in Rome. The owner was very kind and always available on WhatsApp for any help or questions. I recommend it 100%.

The metro connection was excellent, and the breakfast—just a Cornetto and a coffee from the café next door—was great. Communication with the host was flawless. However, the room felt cramped and echoey, and the communal kitchen could have been cleaner. Otherwise everything matched the description.

The spot is near the metro station, there's a supermarket nearby, an ice‑cream shop close by, and the TV issue was resolved quickly. The air conditioner works well and the bathroom space is fine. On the other hand, breakfast was a single cappuccino and a croissant, and on Sunday there was no choice of filling—just jam, vanilla, or chocolate—so we had to pay extra for more. The common area outside our private room was very small and had stains on the sofa. We had to keep opening the link to unlock the doors (3), and the system was slow, so it sometimes took a while before we could get into the apartment. The bed’s frame was too large for the slatted base, so we sat on the bed and it sagged. Slippers from the previous guest were still under the bed. The overall smell in the building was musty. There were loose electrical wires in the hallway. A sign on the outside of the building would help; it was unclear how to find it. There was more in the common area than on the photos (an extra cupboard), so space was reduced. Only four coffee pods were provided for two people for a five‑day stay. We had almost one towel for washing dishes with several other guests.

The location is very close to the metro, and the place is welcoming with very convenient services nearby. The TV offers streaming, there's an air conditioner, a private bathroom, a balcony with armchairs, and the host is very helpful. The smart home system is outstanding. The only drawback is the distance to the city center, but the metro makes it easy to get there.
