Ariel and his mother were great and very helpful. I booked a women‑only dorm, but I didn’t get the door key, so the door stayed open all night. In the middle of the night a drunk guest entered my room, urinated on the floor, and left. I tried to contact the owners but got no reply; another guest helped me instead. I understand it’s not the host’s fault to predict a lunatic, but women’s safety should be a priority.

This hostel is close to everything you can imagine, right next to Horto with all the essentials, and within a 30‑minute walk to the shopping center, Victory Mall, restaurants, and parks. Ariel, the guy who checked me in, was very friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely come back.

The view is amazing. However, it’s located inside a community that feels risky for people in public safety.
