The staff were friendly and helpful; we arrived later than expected and they welcomed us politely. The room was spacious and clean. However, getting hot water took 10–15 minutes, which was too late when we were told it would be ready earlier.

The staff are very kind and attentive to every request. The value for money is excellent. It’s best suited for a one‑ or two‑night stay.

Everything was perfect; I highly recommend it.

The space was very clean and the room was a great size. Breakfast was plentiful, with vegetarian options for me. Communication with the owner before arrival was excellent, and he directed me to a fantastic two‑day safari at a reasonable price. Reach out to him for other safari options, day trips, or an Arusha city tour—he’s all about fair pricing. The only downside is the road in front of the property is under construction, as is much of Arusha. I’d have liked breakfast to stay open until 10:00 am, but otherwise there’s not much else to note.

The rooms were neat and the view from the first floor was great. The staff didn’t talk much but were friendly enough. Breakfast was included, but I was on my own and didn’t like the dark street leading to the accommodation.
