It’s close to all amenities, but the heating and the bathroom sink were blocked.

The room was spotless and well kept, and the spot in the city centre was great, but the beds felt pretty hard.

The fridge hadn't been defrosted and was so badly iced up that I could only fit items in the door; there was just one armchair for watching TV, and the bathroom lacked a cabinet.

The location was good and the rooms comfortable, yet I needed to drop off a bag as agreed but reception was closed at 8:30 am and no one was there; worse, no one answered the phone – Kylie said they had been driving back from Nelson and could not respond.
