Courteous front desk. Alot of noise in the morning and I couldn’t sleep in

Not much. I'm 76 years old and was given a room at the far end of the facility upstairs. I had to carry heavy luggage upstairs because there is no elevator. I got to the room and it was occupied so I was given a new room downstairs. The room was acceptable but no hairdryer. All in all the hotel is not one I will come back to

The location was perfect for an event we attended about a mile away. Staff was friendly. Parking was available. The beds were comfy and the place was very quiet overall. The TV worked fine. There are a couple of basic restaurants next door. The room fridge was much larger than standard hotel units. Plenty of pillows. The price was great. It definitely needs some remodeling. The breakfast is way-below average (there is a VI next door, BTW). The in-room coffee was tasteless. The early check-in did not help as none of the info made it to the front desk. The safety lock on the room door was broken. No towel hangers

They let me bring my dog, which was great, but breakfast was a joke—only one bagel and three muffins. When I asked for help turning on the TV, no one assisted, and the manager handed me a roll of toilet paper instead of tissues. Thankfully, the maid eventually found a box of tissues for me.

The manager was polite, professional, and actually helped resolve the issue in my room, but overall I was very disappointed. The kiosk check‑in system was a nightmare; even with closed captions, I struggled to understand the kiosk representative. I prefer face‑to‑face interaction, so this was frustrating and I’ll avoid hotels using such a system. The TV in my room didn’t work; I was told someone would fix it, waited 20 minutes with no one, then was told another five minutes, and after four hours it was still broken. The kiosk rep promised a repair the next morning, so I asked for a different room or a refund. Finally, an in‑person employee arrived, was polite, professional, and fixed the problem. I appreciated his help and apologized to the kiosk rep for my frustration. Breakfast options were very limited—no sausage or bacon, which was disappointing. The key card wouldn’t work at the rear entrance, forcing me to walk around the building, which felt unsafe and like a security issue. The lack of in‑person service, maintenance delays, limited breakfast, and access concerns made for a poor experience, so I won’t stay here again.
