Only the room was fine. The water supply in the bathroom does not run 24 hours a day.

Breakfast was excellent. The billing and payment system was a mess.

We paid extra to upgrade our rooms, but a major problem with the room caused inconvenience, especially for our elderly parents. The toilet had no water supply, making it hard to use the facilities comfortably. Moving rooms was troublesome for our tired parents after traveling. We understand occasional issues happen, but we hope the hotel checks rooms before assigning them, particularly to guests with special needs. Second, we were disappointed with the service: we asked for daily tea and coffee packets to be refilled, but they were not during our stay. We hope the hotel improves its service.
