A warm welcome, especially with the card left on the room. The breakfast was superb, featuring homemade bread and local produce. The dining room is pretty and the whole hotel runs with love. The value for money is excellent for Switzerland. A larger shower head would be nice, but that’s a very high‑level critique.

We chose the hotel for a layover. It is very quiet, right next to the cable car station that silently runs every 5‑10 minutes down to Penthalaz. The reception was very friendly and even added a personal welcome card to the room. The room was clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. Water, coffee, minibar, and a standing fan were available. The bathroom was large. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade bread and local products. On sunny days you can sit on the terrace with a wonderful view. Free parking is directly in front of the hotel. We also received some restaurant recommendations and a 10% voucher for various local spots in Cossonay. The only minor issue was the carpeted floor in the room.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was truly delicious. Nothing was wrong; everything was good.

Very responsive and understanding. They went the extra mile, even writing a handwritten letter! The breakfast was excellent and the terrace superb. Nothing to complain about.
