The location is fantastic and the building’s ambience is appealing. We loved the continental breakfast and the staff were fantastic. There are two seating areas for eating, and the breakfast preparation outside was excellent. I would have appreciated free airport pickup and drop‑off.

The property is the best, yet both the service and the property itself have issues.

The building is beautiful, the room is huge, the bathroom is excellent, and the breakfast is superb—everything is incredible.

Everyone on staff—housekeeping, restaurant, front desk, and bar—delivered outstanding service. The rooms were spacious, featuring walk‑in showers, comfy beds, and reading chairs. Breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of dishes. The hotel is just a short drive from the Blue City, Mehrangarh Fort, and the airport. On the downside, the Wi‑Fi was spotty, I had to move rooms when the air conditioning failed, and the power cut out briefly a few times.
