“Great, apart from the entertainment system.”

The staff were friendly, attentive, accommodating and unobtrusive. The fish in the giant fish tank in the dining room watch you eat your breakfast and can be heard discussing the meaning of life. The entertainment system was temperamental, often overheating, difficult to navigate and operate, and audio was sometimes out of sync with the picture.

Fantastic location, comfortable rooms and a great team. Perhaps a wifi upgrade and an electric charger for cars would be recommended.

Great place, great people. We had a fantastic time there, location, premises, views. Absolutely everything was brilliant. I highly recommend this place to everyone. We are definitely going back there.

“Fantastic historic building, great decor and amazing view”

We stayed in the kind suite. We arrived a little earlier than expected and the room was already available. We were given a tour of the building and shown up to our room. The facilities in the room were fantastic, very spacious and finished to a premium level with an amazing view out to the estuary. Amazing shower and one of the most comfortable beds I have experienced in a Hotel or B&B. Breakfast was very good and freshly made for your requested time from the order the night before. Highly recommend Borthwnog hall if you are looking to stay in this area, we will certainly be back when we visit the area again. There was not anything we disliked as everything we would want was there and to a high standard
