The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the facility was spotless, and the location was easy to reach. However, there is no lift for people who have trouble walking, and if you have large luggage, although the staff is very helpful, it can still be a hassle.

“Lots of room for improvement”

My stay had its ups and downs. The room was acceptable, and the staff were very accommodating, which made our experience more enjoyable. However, we encountered several issues, including a non-functional refrigerator throughout our 4-day stay, unclear instructions on operating the TV and cable, and the absence of a phone in the room to contact the receptionist.

Unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming, with no standout positive aspects. On the downside, I noticed that many staff members seemed more interested in socializing with each other than attending to guests, which I believe is a management issue stemming from a lack of proper training.

“Nice hotel away from the beach”

I enjoyed several aspects of my stay, including a nice room, a comfortable bed, and pleasant facilities. The staff were very helpful, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. However, the hotel's location was a drawback, being quite far from most attractions and amenities.
