Everything here is great: the accommodation, the location, the chance to interact with locals and nature, and waking up to a beautiful view of the surrounding wildlife. Carol is wonderful, and everyone who works here is fantastic; the service to guests is excellent. If you want a nature experience, come here.

The stay was simple, but there was only one bathroom, and they are already arranging additional ones.

The breakfast was good and the location was convenient, but even though we had arranged for a night reception in advance, none was provided. The dorm was visibly overcrowded, with more people than the space could hold. I was placed in someone else's spot, causing unnecessary embarrassment. Other guests reported not receiving proper accommodation. There was only one bathroom for over 30 people, in a deplorable state, clearly uncleaned for weeks, disgusting. A guest's money went missing on the premises, and management shirked responsibility, giving inadequate treatment to the guest and subjecting others to deplorable hostility. I will never step foot in this place again.

The proximity to the places I wanted to visit was a plus, but the cleanliness left something to be desired and some items were missing from the breakfast.
