Poor communication at check‑in; I couldn't find my booking. I was put on the phone at the front desk to talk to someone not on site, causing a lot of confusion. The room was not prepared or as clean as the photos, and there were noisy neighbours.

The staff were great and even lent us some scissors to use. The smoke alarms kept going off in the morning.

The place was lovely and freshly decorated. It was funny to have pots and good cooking utensils but no cooktop—only a microwave.
