Nothing was particularly disappointing, but we were very disappointed with this hotel: the hallway to the rooms was dirty, our standard room was in a poor state with bits all over the floor, the carpet needed cleaning, cobwebs were in the bathroom, there was no mattress protector, the mattress itself was in a poor state, and the shower screen was hard to open. We felt let down by the price we paid, plus extra parking and breakfast fees, which were very basic and cold, so we only ate breakfast once. Most guests in the hotel were complaining; we didn’t bother but would not return again.
