The hotel’s location is only good for motorists; it’s on the road in Kostomłoty Pierwsze, a few kilometers from Kielce. Getting to the city center could have been quick and easy if not for roadworks that are almost everywhere on routes to the regional capital. The property offers a large, free outdoor parking right next to the hotel, and the elevator reaches the upper floors. The room is small but comfortable, with a pleasant view of tree foliage. It has a small fridge and bottled water that’s refilled by room service. Breakfast is buffet‑style in a dedicated downstairs room, with a decent selection of hot and cold dishes, fruit, juices, and fresh pastries—there’s something for everyone. The front‑desk staff are friendly and efficient. On the downside, the cheap plastic tray holding the plastic water bottles and glasses is jarring for a four‑star hotel. The sauna and bowling are paid, the billiards table is supposedly under renovation, and you have to ask for housekeeping; if you want service, you need to hang a special notice.

There was a wide variety of options, but we were supposed to have one double bed and instead got two single beds.

On arrival, the front‑desk lady seemed unwilling to get up, greet guests, or be friendly at all.

Breakfast was decent, though some items could have been of higher quality.
