The staff were very unfriendly, the rooms were dirty, and we skipped breakfast because we were told to pay extra for juice (instead of coffee or juice). The air‑conditioning didn’t work because the window was broken.

I loved the aicro and the bed was great, but I was disappointed by the limited buffet—just rice, eggs, and sausage. I expected an ocean‑view room, yet there was only a concrete wall behind the curtains, and the Wi‑Fi and TV signals were weak. I could have switched to a smaller room, but I stayed in the one I booked.
