Les Trésoms Lake and Spa Resort, Annecy, is situated beside Lake Annecy, a 5-minute walk from the beach. The resort boasts an outdoor pool, on-site spa, and wellness centre with lake views. Rooms feature flat-screen TVs, minibars, and Wi-Fi. The spa includes a sauna, hammam, and 8 treatment rooms. Two restaurants, La Rotonde and L'atelier, serve gourmet cuisine. The resort is 15 minutes from Annecy's historic centre and offers fee-based parking.

The view from the rooms is stunning and the villas sit in a perfect spot, with lovely interior décor. The staff are friendly, but the communication and organization leave much to be desired; nobody seems to have clear information about the services offered in the villas. There are several areas that need improvement: no outdoor lighting at night, inadequate cleanliness, and a hard-to-access parking lot. It’s also disappointing that the manager is untraceable when a complaint is made.

The room was amazing—by far the best of the four four‑star hotels we visited on our trip to Geneva, Lucerne, and Wengen. We couldn’t get a fine‑dining reservation; I booked three weeks ahead and was wait‑listed, then a few days before arrival I received a rejection notice. No hotel guest should ever be turned away! I’ve dined at three Michelin and below and never faced a denial when staying at the hotel’s restaurant.

The staff are very welcoming, the spa is nice, and the cocktails are great. Breakfast was tasty, and the overall vibe feels very cozy.
