“poor”
I booked for 4 nights, but I couldn't make the 12 am check‑in, so I emailed the hotel to say I’d arrive the next day at 3 pm. They told me they’d cancelled my reservation because I didn’t show up and that I had to pay the full rate for the remaining 3 days. The hotel was almost empty, so they could have just given me a room—yet I ended up paying for 7 nights while only staying 4. Avoid them; they’re inflexible and only care about money. Customer service? None.
The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. There was constant slamming of doors into the late night. Lighting in the room was not great when you need to work. Only 1 lamp by bed. More breakfast options. Same type of eggs, etc

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the towels felt very fluffy, but the disposable crockery and breakfast served on paper plates felt out of place for a property of this standard, and the rooms were surprisingly noisy, with the fourth‑floor unit lacking any window that could be opened.

The location was great for our wedding venue, but the two front‑desk girls didn’t speak loudly enough and their English was hard to understand.
