I’ve stayed here before, the location was good and the staff at check‑in were friendly. This time, the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after the last guest: a used wash cloth hung on the shower curtain, hairs in the tub and shower, grass clippings everywhere on the floor, and a used ear plug near the bed. I normally don’t raise minor issues, but this stay was unacceptable. When I reported it to the front desk, the response was “I’m sorry and I’ll talk to them.” We won’t return; the hotel has lost our business.
