The room was nice and the staff were very friendly, but Booking didn’t give us the real name of the host, so we spent 30 minutes asking neighbors and searching for a legitimate hotel; the private‑stay model works, yet the price for staying with an individual feels a bit high.

The hosts were kind and caring towards us. The breakfast had XXL quality and variety. A little paradise in the middle of 24‑hour life. A big thank you to our hosts, Éric and Flo.

Close to the 24‑hour Le Mans circuit (6 minutes by car). The room was clean, and the outdoor lounge was very pleasant. The bathroom was very small, and when the house is busy you can hear people talking, so it might wake you in the morning.

The little touch with the pastries.

The room was very cozy! The shower was great, and there was enough space to store things without being disturbed. I would say the toilet is poorly positioned for tall people, or the sink could be moved; that’s all I found a bit inconvenient, but for one night it wasn’t disruptive!
