The night‑shift and morning‑shift receptionists were both very helpful and polite, though I can’t recall their names, and the breakfast was delicious. I expected a bit more for the price, especially since the furniture feels old, the mattress is too soft, the bathroom is cramped with mold in the shower, and the TV wouldn’t turn on; I asked for a room change and had to wait over forty minutes before the night‑shift staff came to my room to finally get the TV working—both rooms had the same issue. The only thing that saved the experience was the courtesy of the two receptionists I mentioned earlier; otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel.
