The place was surprisingly quiet (though it really depends on the neighbor!), the cleanliness was adequate, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was acceptable but completely unnecessary; a little renovation, repainting, air‑conditioning disinfection, cleaning, etc. would be nice.

The staff were kind, the place was clean, and they paid attention to details. The rooms were noisy, poorly insulated, with windows that let in a lot of sound—woken by gulls very early in the morning and by breakfast prep (the kitchen is too close to the rooms, just like the lobby). Breakfast had to be served in the room.
